一、建筑模型畫線:在制造建筑單體時,首要要將制造的建筑單體平面進(jìn)行分解。分解后將各個二維平面用拓印法或丈量劃線法描繪在選定的ABS板材上。在畫線時,除了要考慮畫線的準(zhǔn)確度,還要考慮到因為對接形式而引起的板材尺度的變化。

二、建筑模型切開:切開時,一般是先劃后切,先內(nèi)后外。先劃后切,即先作廠房立面墻線的劃痕。劃痕是用勾刀來進(jìn)行勾勒,運用勾刀用力要均勻,劃痕深淺要一致。制造時要充沛考慮到噴色后的作用。在立面墻線制造結(jié)束后,再進(jìn)行開窗加工。在上述一系列制造完成后便能夠進(jìn)行立面外形的切開。

三、建筑模型組裝:組裝是將制造完的平面組合成三維的建筑單體。在這一階段,要特別注意面與面、邊與邊的平行、垂直聯(lián)系。在進(jìn)行組合時,要充沛利用直角尺(彎尺)進(jìn)行丈量,保證制造精度。一起,在轉(zhuǎn)角處或平面尺度較大的構(gòu)件內(nèi)部加支撐物,以避免構(gòu)件的體現(xiàn)。在進(jìn)行建筑單體組合時,應(yīng)結(jié)合后期噴色工序全體考慮。

四、建筑模型打磨:在組合成型后,對接縫處進(jìn)行打磨。第一遍先用板銼打磨。運用銼刀時要注意視點,避免接縫開膠。第二遍可用什錦銼或砂紙打磨。

五、建筑模型全體修整:在全部建筑單體組裝結(jié)束后,逐一進(jìn)行全體修整。首要,修整轉(zhuǎn)角處接縫。即用細(xì)銼刀打磨轉(zhuǎn)角及各接口處,修至接縫平滑、無凹凸感。其次,用細(xì)砂紙修整打磨平面,使其符合噴色要求。

六、建筑模型噴色:建筑單體模型噴色可采用素色噴色法進(jìn)行色彩處理。重疊噴色法即用同色相不同透明度的自噴漆進(jìn)行交叉噴色,使建筑單體呈現(xiàn)出色彩深淺不一的點狀作用。這種方法較難掌握,但是視覺作用很好。
